These guidelines are designed to keep Itinerary Exchange a trusted marketplace for both buyers and sellers
Selling on Itinerary Exchange
To help create a trusted marketplace for travelers, all sellers are expected to follow these guidelines when creating listings and delivering itineraries
Create and Sell Your Own Work
Only list itineraries that you created yourself, based on trips you have personally planned or experienced, and have the right to sell. Listing photos should showcase your own travel experience and accurately represent the destination or itinerary. Do not copy, reproduce, or resell another person’s itinerary, photos, or content.
Protect Your Work
Only sell itineraries you created yourself and have the right to use. Do not copy or closely recreate another seller’s itinerary, wording, photos, maps, or other content.
Add a copyright and personal-use notice to every itinerary PDF so buyers understand that the file may not be copied, shared, reposted, uploaded, distributed, or resold.
We recommend adding a copyright and personal-use notice to the first or last page of every itinerary PDF. For example: “© 2026 [Seller Name]. All rights reserved. This itinerary is for the purchaser’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, uploaded, reposted, distributed, or resold.”
Itinerary Exchange may investigate reports, remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when marketplace rules are violated.
Be Accurate and Transparent
Clearly describe what your itinerary includes so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing. Your listing description, trip length, destinations, activities, budget information, and other details should accurately match the itinerary being sold. Do not make misleading claims or include information that is not actually provided in the itinerary.
Protect Personal Information
Before uploading or delivering an itinerary, remove personal or sensitive information, including confirmation numbers, booking references, home addresses, payment information, or other private details.
Deliver What You Promised
Deliver the complete itinerary described in your listing within the expected timeframe. Keep communication and file delivery within the order conversation so there is a clear record of the transaction.
Follow Marketplace Standards
Itinerary Exchange may review or remove listings that are misleading, contain copied or unauthorized content, or do not follow these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions or removal from the marketplace.
